Meals are delivered within 24 hours of placed order.

You will receive an email and text message confirmation. 

Meals are delivered before 8pm and we will update you when your meals are on the way and again once delivered.

You can request a specific date and time in the delivery instructions or when we text you.

Meals are delivered "uber eats" style.  We have stay cool bags upon request if you are not home.

Low carb/keto meals such as pad thai, zoodles & meatballs, and zucchini wrapped enchiladas.

Classic comfort foods such as fettuccini alfredo and create your own custom bowls.

We will customize not only your cooking style, but your macros as well.

let us know in the special request sections if you don't like onions, prefer extra sauce, al dente veggies over soft, etc.

We've heard it all and don't mind making adjustments.  It's all about you!

Basic macros are calories, fats, carbs, and proteins.  Some clients focus on sodium macros and others fiber macros.  Just let us know!

We will make the meals according to your numbers at no additional cost (unless there is double protein)

We recently made the change to organic ingredients.  There are some exceptions such as keto breads, miracle noodles, and the occasional ingredient when the organic product is not in stock.  We always use wild seafood.  

We use expensive & healthy ingredients that are not offered in bulk wholesale, which makes it challenging to be as consistent as a typical corporate restaurant.  We also strive to give you options so you don't get bored and can continue eating truly healthy.
